Whitefish Outfitters & Tours (WOT) is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, or disabling condition.
We are busy when we are busy (typically June, July, August, September, December, January, February), and we aren't busy when we aren't. We take our jobs seriously, while still having a great time. Our clients are people from all over the world, from CEO's of Fortune 500's, to retired couples, to families of every shape, color, size, and origin. One thing our clients have in common is that they expect a world class experience when on a WOT activity.
We are looking for people who:
1. Love the outdoors (and love talking about the outdoors)
2. Have a curiosity about others, and an openness to talk about yourself
3. Present yourself professionally (outdoorsy AND professionally)
4. Go out of your way to provide a World Class Experience (you'll hear this a lot if you work here)
5. Understand that Safety is not a priority as priorities can change- It is the constant in all we do.
We have a growth culture and are looking for people who can help us grow. Are you good with SEO? Graphic Design? Marketing? Tell us why we should hire you, and how you can contribute to our growth.
When should I apply? We post job openings as they happen. However, please feel free to submit your resume & cover letter at any time.
***If you submit your resume, you agree to allow us to correspond with you and to conduct background / reference / credit checks as WTS deems necessary.

This position is going to be busy June, July & August. Mountain bike, road bike, gravel bike, hike, tour guide, shuttle driver? You've got to be a jack of all trades as well as a master of all trades. We don't know what will be coming through the door (or intra-web), so your day to day is going vary from, well, day to day. You may be guiding beginner roadies on GTTS one day, then taking a group on a gravel grind the next, then shuttling Red Bussers the next, then some super Senior Citizens on a short hike the next. You're a social chameleon with a good driving record. Please submit resume + cover letter to email@example.com
