At Camp Hellroaring, we are dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment for campers aged 8 to 12 to discover the beauty of summertime in Northwest Montana.
Camp runs four days a week, Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM, offering a perfect balance of structured activities and free time for personal exploration.
The first week of Camp Hellroaring begins Monday, June 16th, 2025 and runs weekly until the final week of camp begins on
Monday August 11th, 2025.
*Please note, there will NOT be camp June 30th - July 3rd, 2025*
Camp Hellroaring is unique in the sense that we do not have a pre-set weekly itinerary but rather a variety of activities to choose from in collaboration with our campers- every week is different! We use a portion of the first day of camp to help facilitate group bonding and gauge the campers desires for THEIR week! Our experienced and enthusiastic counselors will guide campers through activities ensuring safety, support, and excitement every step of the way.
All campers must be able to swim. A Personal Floatation Device (PFD) will be required during kayaking/SUP activities, however, a PFD will not be required during free swim. If your child is able to swim, but you would prefer they wear a PFD during all water activities, please note that when filling out the Parent Packet following registration!

Parents can expect:
CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests made 10 days or more before the reserved camp date qualifies for a 75% refund. Cancellations requested less than 10 days before the reserved camp date are not eligible for a refund. This policy ensures fairness to other campers and helps us manage our resources effectively.

Whitefish Outfitters collects a voluntary 1% fee for the Community Sustainability Fund. This contribution supports programs through Explore Whitefish. If you would like to have this 1% fee removed, please call to make your reservation.
Cancellation Policy- Tours: We go rain, snow, smoke or shine! We highly recommend travel insurance as we strictly enforce our cancellation policy regardless of cancellation reason. Cancel outside of 7 days from your activity/ tour and receive a full refund minus 15% of your booking total . Cancel within 7 days of your first activity/ tour and forfeit the entire cost of your tour. [get trip insurance].
Cancellation Policy- Rentals: Cancel within 7 days and lose the cost of the rental. Whitefish Outfitters reserves the right to cancel and reschedule based on hazardous conditions.
Whitefish Outfitters reserves the right to alter tours and activities in the event of weather events, fires, smoke, floods, road closures and any alterations to government issued permits
