Welcome to Camp Hellroaring - where adventure awaits and memories are made! We are thrilled to have you join us for an unforgettable spring break experience filled with indoor and outdoor exploration, team building, and endless fun.
At Camp Hellroaring, we are dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment for campers aged 8 to 12 to discover the beauty of winter activities in Montana.
Our program runs four days a week Monday through Thursday, from 9am to 4pm, offering a perfect balance of structured activities and free time for personal exploration.
Spring Break winter adventure camp starts Monday, March 24th 2025.
Early registration price runs till January 31st. Get your spot early as we only have 12 camper spots available.
Throughout the week, campers will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of local indoor and outdoor activities, including art at Stumptown Art Studio, rock climbing, activities at the Wave, bowling, sledding, movies and more. Our experienced and enthusiastic counselors will guide campers through each activity, ensuring both safety and excitement every step of the way.
Camp Hellroaring is more than just adventures; it's also about fostering friendships, building confidence, and developing important life skills. Through teamwork challenges, problem-solving activities, and group games, campers will learn to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and step outside their comfort zones.
We understand that each camper is unique, which is why we strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. Whether your child is a seasoned adventure enthusiast or trying something new for the first time, Camp Hellroaring has something to offer for everyone.
Parents can expect:
Daily adventure itineraries - with a learning approach.
Campers will need to provide their own, peanut-free lunch and any things they might want through the day that can fit in a backpack- snow clothes, boots, gloves, water bottle, change of socks, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation Request Requirements: - Requests made 10 days or more before the reserved camp date qualify for a 75% refund of the camp fee. - Cancellations requested less than 10 days before the reserved camp date are not eligible for a refund. This policy ensures fairness to other campers and helps us manage our resources effectively.

Whitefish outfitters collects a voluntary 1% fee for the community sustainability fund. This contribution supports programs through explore whitefish. if you would like to have this 1% fee removed, please call to make your reservation.
Cancellation Policy- Tours: We go rain, snow, smoke or shine! We highly recommend travel insurance as we strictly enforce our cancellation policy regardless of cancellation reason. Cancel outside of 7 days from your activity/ tour and receive a full refund minus 15% of your booking total . Cancel within 7 days of your first activity/ tour and forfeit the entire cost of your tour. [get trip insurance].
Cancellation Policy- Rentals: Cancel within 7 days and lose the cost of the rental. Whitefish Outfitters reserves the right to cancel and reschedule based on hazardous conditions.
Whitefish Outfitters reserves the right to alter tours and activities in the event of weather events, fires, smoke, floods, road closures and any alterations to government issued permits
